Agree with Bernie. I really enjoy works by Doc EE but gave up on the audio...really poor all around...unintelligible. Finished using the printed version.

Subject: Good old fashioned story, but....
Had to listen being a Doc EE Smith fan but I must disagree with the previous reviewer about the reader. The reader is terrible, takes a lot of effort to listen to him. Apart for his slurred speech he often misreads or mispronounces words and the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. Makes a good story a lot less enjoyable.
