Peut être n'a t il même pas fait l'honneur à Whestone de profiter de son travail; car une nouvelle de Geraldi Cinthio contient à peu près tous les événements de Mesure pour mesure et Shakspeare n'avait besoin que d'une idée première pour construire sa fable et la mettre en action...
