Je lui dois enfin des notions bibliographiques exactes dont j'ai usé, d'ailleurs, avec discrétion pour ne point déflorer le travail bibliographique très complet qu'il a en préparation, avec un ami d'Oxford, sur les oeuvres d'Oscar Wilde. J'ai dû à la gracieuseté de M. Walter E. Ledger les textes sur lesquels j'ai traduit le Fantôme de Canterville, Un Sphinx qui n'a pas de secret et le Modèle millionnaire .

Je dois au même écrivain des éclaircissements sur différentes difficultés qui m'ont prouvé qu'on ne sait jamais complètement une langue quand on n'a pas vécu dans les pays où on la parle.

Je lui dois enfin des notions bibliographiques exactes dont j'ai usé, d'ailleurs, avec discrétion pour ne point déflorer le travail bibliographique très complet qu'il a en préparation, avec un ami d'Oxford, sur les oeuvres d'Oscar Wilde.
