Reviewer: KenPem - June 2, 2014 Subject: Phenomenally good! Wow, what a great book! Sure, it's somewhat dated, and some things wouldn't get past a modern editor, but it's a great story with a good pace. As with much of this age and genre, you'll have to put aside your realities, ignore the impossibilities, and just tag along for the ride. A little suspense, some drama, scary monsters, just a touch of politics, some action and of course the romance at the core. A great yarn, well worth your time. |
